Larger overseas companies can afford to set up offices to management their supply chain but others prefer to outsource their operations. Highgrade Resources Ltd can be your extended Quality function by acting as your Quality Representative in the Far East.

 

Highgrade Resources Limited has been offering Supplier and supply management services for over fifteen years and we can assist clients to manage their suppliers and supplies quality and engineering activities more effectively out here.

 

     We can provide one or more of the following services:

 

1.      Supplier Qualification Assessment:

                     We will work with the client to determine their requirements and conduct assessment of the Supplier manufacturing factory using Client's guideline/assessment checklist. We will issue report and follow up on any corrective action issued.

 

2.      Project transfer:

                      We will work with the client to establish all the activities and requirements in preparation, implementation and review stages of project transfer.

 

             

3.      Supplier Performance evaluation:

                    We will work with the client to develop a supplier performance evaluation programme, assist with the monitoring and review of supplier’s performance.

 

4.      Supplier development and improvement:

                     We will work with the client and their supplier(s) on the requirements needed and developed an improvement programme to assist the supplier to obtain the required level of competency and capability, such as “enhancing process control”, “problem solving techniques” “reduce cost of Non-Quality” and  “continuous improvement activities” etc.
