Highgrade Resources Ltd. was established in 1992 by Leslie Lee to provide management consultancy service. As the demand varied with trend, we provided Total Quality using UMIST Model, where Leslie was assistance to Professor Barrie Dale and to Alan Wagstaffe (Philips’ approved consultant) for Business Excellence.
